U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alexander Root-Davis, 140th Civil Engineer Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, uses a finishing trowel to smooth out the top of freshly laid cement that will help improve the base junior dorms area once completed, during a deployed for training trip, known as Exercise Flying Rose at Kinloss Barrack in Forres, Moray, Scotland, United Kingdom, Jun. 16, 2014. Over 40 members of the 140th CES are in Scotland for their annual training and are accomplishing five construction projects that will improve several areas around Kinloss Barracks, during Exercise Flying Rose hosted by the British Army before returning back to Colorado later this month.
