Colorado National Guard showcases capabilities to civic leaders
Members of the Colorado National Guard showcased their war-time capabilities and military heroes to civilian employers across Colorado at Buckley AFB, Colo. on July 10, 2010. This was all in part of the Employers Support of the Guard and Reserve program to educate and to show gratitude toward our civilian employers who generously accommodate our citizen-soldiers. ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment.
