U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Joseph O’Neil, an aircraft flight equipment technician with the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Operations Support Squadron, sews one of 500 projected face masks for members of the Wing to use until more supplies come in to the unit, Buckley AFB, Colo., April 14, 2020. Elastic bands were unavailable so the AFE crew improvised with unused materials to get the job done. Members of the Colorado Air National Guard are continuing to keep the flying mission going by balancing social distancing responsibilities with their essential job requirements during this COVID-19 pandemic.
