Staff Sergeant Juan Rangel, an Electrician from the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, is checking for electrical malfunctions on a Maintenance Annunciation Panel on an F-16 during an Operational Readiness Exercise. Members from the Montana, New Mexico and Colorado Air National Guard units, know as the "Rocky Mountain Coalition", are currently deployed to Kunsan Air Base as part of an out of cycle Air Expeditionary Support mission as contingency base support as well as performing many training missions while here.
