Chief Master Sgt. Robert M. Quinn retires from the 140th Communications Flight, Colorado Air National Guard after 39 years of total service.  Chief Quinn began his career in 1971 on Active Duty as a Weapons Mechanic and as Munitions Specialists, and then joined the Colorado Air National Guard in Aug 1, 1977.  He then transferred to the 140th Communications Flight in December of 1998 becoming the Branch Chief with the 140th Communications Flight.  He was also the NCOIC of the Colorado National Guard Joint Task Force Communications Element which is instrumental in providing communications during homeland contingencies.
