"Unity is strength...when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved." Mattie Stepanek

Teamwork and collaboration go hand-in-hand. With that said, the 140th Wing Command Climate Survey (Our Survey!) is underway. As the collective 140th Wing Team, Col Dunstan is soliciting your participation in the Wing Survey to hear your feedback. This is your opportunity to collaborate with Col Dunstan; sharing your perception of the 140th Wing and your unit's policies and practices. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete and provides several opportunities for you to enter personalized comments. The survey is voluntary, but your collective voices are important. Col Dunstan encourages you to participate and provide him with candid responses. Your feedback will be read.

Many of you may have recently completed a survey and are probably wondering, what is the difference? That is a great question, and I'm glad you asked. Any recent survey's you may have completed were generated at the National Guard Bureau (NGB) level or active duty Air Force. However, as I mentioned, this is "our survey". This is an internal survey generated specifically for Col Dunstan. This is an opportunity for Airmen of the 140th WG to talk confidentially to Col Dunstan. Yes‼! Confidentially‼!. There is no attempt to identify the source of any survey responses or typed feedback. In fact, you are encouraged not to provide any information that is identifying.

Please read "A Message from Col Dunstan". Col Dunstan's message will briefly discuss myths and realities of the survey and provide instruction on "how to participate".
