140 Medical Support Squadron (MDSS)
The 140th Medical Support Squadron's (MDSS) primary peacetime mission is to serve as a clinic in support of the 140th Wing by providing physical examinations, immunizations, bioenvironmental engineering, and occupational health management programs.
140 Met Det 1 (CERFP)
Provide an immediate CBRN incident response capability to local, state, and federal agencies in order to search damaged buildings, rescue trapped casualties, provide ambulatory and non-ambulatory decontamination, and perform medical triage and treatment to stabilizer casualties for transport to medical facilities.
