F-16s from the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard begin to return to Buckley Air Force Base July 12, 2014, slightly ahead of schedule, after spending approximately three months at Denver International Airport while the base runway was being reconstructed. Despite relocating their entire flying operations, the wing managed to provide uninterrupted support to their Aerospace Control Alert mission 24/7 throughout the transition to DIA and back to Buckley AFB. F-16s return home after runway reconstruction

F-16s from the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard begin to return to Buckley Air Force Base July 12, 2014, slightly ahead of schedule, after spending approximately three months at Denver International Airport while the base runway was being reconstructed. Despite relocating their entire flying operations, the wing managed to provide uninterrupted support to their Aerospace Control Alert mission 24/7 throughout the transition to DIA and back to Buckley AFB. Members of the Royal Jordanian Armed Forces enjoy a day of Colorado culture during their weeklong exchange with the Colorado Air National Guard focused on joint NCO development June 8-15, 2014. This exchange is part of the State Partnership Program through which Colorado and Jordan have enjoyed a ten year relationship. During the week, the NCOs from Colorado and Jordan discussed various topics including education, training academies, and the roles of NCOs at different levels, and met with Colorado National Guard Senior Leaders.
