Free Horseback Riding for the Whole Family
Come to the Guided Hope Ranch with your family to help do a little work, learn about ranching, and ride horses together. This opportunity is available to military members Saturdays from June through September from 1:30-4:30 pm.

Camp Corral - FREE for Military Kids
Registration is now OPEN for Camp Corral 2014.
These *free* camps are designed specifically for military children ages 8-15. Priority is given to children of fallen, wounded and disabled veterans, but the camps are open to ALL military children. Please register and sign up! There are two local camps being held at Camp Shady Brook, Sedalia, CO in June and July.

2014 Military Adventure Camps
Would your kids like to spend time whitewater rafting, hiking, rock climbing, winter camping, backpacking, mountain biking, exploring the environment, running ropes courses, or practicing wilderness skills?
Military teens (14-18 years old) will have an opportunity to participate in adventure camps scheduled May 2014 through April 2015 at little to no cost. These high energy, high adventure, and high experience camps are planned across the United States.

Coors Field Emergency Exercise
WHEN:
AUGUST 14, 2014
ARRIVE AT 12NOON
EXERCISE TIME - 1:00P-2:30P
WHERE: COORS FIELD
Enter the main parking lot through the 33rd/Blake entrance and notify the attendant that you are here for the emergency exercise.

Park in Lot A (disabled parking is available at the front section of the lot) and then proceed to the Volunteer Check-In tables located outside of Gate A. At check-in you will be given an assignment card as well as two tickets to the Rockies game on August 20th.

Volunteers not driving to the ballpark should proceed to the Volunteer Check-In table located outside of Gate A. Gate A is located at the bottom of the stairs at 22nd/Blake Street.

Help with Marine 5K Mud Run

Volunteers needed 13-15 Aug to set up obstacles for the Windsor Marines Fun Mud Run Challenge course from 0800-1600 at the Coal Creek Arena located near Murphy Creek. Drill Instructor volunteers are also needed to encourage participants on 16-17 Aug.

2014 Lacrosse World Championship
The 2014 Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship begins with Opening Ceremonies at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City July 10. The championship match will be played July 19th. Approx 800 volunteers are needed to help!

VFW Scholarships for E-5 and below
Up to $5,000 will be awarded to qualified applicants. Deadline to apply is April 30, 2014. Scholarships will be awarded for spring 2014 semester beginning January 2014 and for fall 2014 semester beginning July 2014.

Spouse Scholarships
The Air Force Spouse Scholarship program is designed to encourage Air Force Spouses worldwide to pursue an associate/bachelor or graduate/postgraduate degree.
