Brig. Gen. Richard L. Martin accepts command
The Adjutant General of Colorado Maj. Gen. H. Michael Edwards passes the Joint Force Headquarters Flag to Brig. Gen. Richard L. Martin in a Change of Command ceremony at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., Sept. 10, 2011.
